Enquiries collect your name, email, optional company, message, enquiry type and selected product. We record consent time and request history to manage your enquiry. Do not send sensitive personal information.
Purpose and access
Enquiry information is used to review and respond to your request. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. A short-lived hash of the connection address is used for abuse prevention.
Storage and retention
Requests and media are stored in the configured database and media volume. The owner must establish a documented retention schedule. Administrators can delete requests, including their version history, when retention expires.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion through the verified contact channel when the service launches. The intended corporate address is hello@techosoul.com; mailbox activation has not been confirmed.

The administrative interface uses authentication cookies. This foundation adds no advertising or analytics trackers. Any future analytics must be reviewed before activation.
